ORDERING
1. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, having an account lets you enjoy a quicker checkout process, view order history, and receive updates on new releases and promotions.
2. What if I forgot my password?
Click “Lost password?” on the login page to reset your password.
3. What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us. We can update your email, name, or address — but we cannot change your order.
4. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are in USD. If your card uses another currency, your provider will calculate the conversion based on the current exchange rate.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.
6. How secure is my online order?
All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment data.
7. How do I change or cancel my order?
We charge a $0.50 cancellation fee due to credit card processing costs. Orders that are packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
8. How do I set my shipping address?
Please enter all address details in English. Replace any non-English letters with similar English ones.
9. Can I change my address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot change your shipping address.
10. When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping option. Tracking is emailed 24 hours after shipment.
11. How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can also track it here.
12. Can I use several discount codes in one order?
No. Only one promo code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
13. What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
Please contact us right away so we can help you resolve the issue.
SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
1. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday and ship the following day. Expect delays during holidays or sales.
2. How will my order be shipped?

3. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are your responsibility.
4. Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping is available for qualifying orders, excluding discounted and oversized products.
RETURN
1. How do I return an item?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the return process.
2. Will shipping be covered for my returns?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Notify us within 7 days. Provide your order number and photos. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
4. How long is the returns process?
Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving the item.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after return processing.
