Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and destination.

Example: If you order a dress, it may require 1–2 business days of processing and 8–14 business days for shipping. You can expect to receive it within 9–16 business days.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. It includes your tracking number and carrier information.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your package arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs fees. These are not covered by us. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

If your credit card is not denominated in USD, you may be charged according to the exchange rate used by your card issuer.

Although our store displays prices in your local currency, all final transactions are processed in USD via PayPal or Shopify Payments at checkout.
